Its main theme is the Personal Horror
of the protagonists, an endless thirst and need for blood, and the desire for power, no matter the cost.

Vampire: The Requiem is part of a world, intertwined with injustice, misery and immortality. In this world, vampires (or Kindred) exist and rule the dark night.

The Nature of Immortality
One of the main pillars of Vampire: The Requiem is immortality. As a vampire, you are invincible to time, but at the same time you are trapped in a body that forces you to feed on the blood of the living. This contradiction creates an interesting and ongoing battle within your character's psyche.
